Shimadzu RF-5301PC Fluorimeter
The Shimadzu Fluorimeter is a basic fluorescence instrument capable of both excitation and emission spectral scans from 220-900 nm. It has a wavelength accuracy of 1.5 nm, selectable bandwidth for both excitation and emission, and variable scan speeds. A kinetics mode is also available. A standard 1cm x 1cm sample holder is installed, and a variety of liquids cells with volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 3.5 mL are available.
