This HPLC system includes a Waters 510 isocratic pump, a Rheodyne 6-port valve with either 10 or 20 uL sample loop, and can be set up with either a UV or refractive index (RI) detector. The UV detector can be set for absorbance at any wavelength between 180-420 nm. The RI detector is ideal for samples that do not have UV absorbance. Data acquisition and analysis is performed ChromPerfect TurboChrom software.

This system is most often used in upper-level analytical chemistry lab (Chem 423) but is introduced in organic chemistry (Chem 263/263A).
