HP 5890/5972 GC-MS
The instrument consists of a 5890 Series II Gas Chromatograph, with a model 5972 mass-selective detector. The mass spectrometer operates in EI mode only, and is able to observe masses up to 700 with unit mass resolution. A mass spectral database is available with the data analysis software.
