SOME FEATURES OF THE NEW SHOPS

  • An integrated instrument shop and student shop with 5,300 square feet of floor space
  • Offices for the instrument makers and a conference area to discuss projects
  • Welding and vacuum test bay for ultra high vacuum welding
  • Large doors between the Student shop and Main shop allows easy student access to confer
    with Instrument Makers, access to materials, tooling, and bench areas for large projects
